Our products: Wild Ivy Child Collective produces in small batches. What you see on the website is what we have for sale and these are all in limited amounts. We may repeat some of these designs but I'm always working on something new and different. New batch upload dates will be announced on our social media pages or you may wish to keep updated by signing up to our email. hello@wildivychild.com.au

Shipping: We offer standard post with tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days for packaging and handling once your order is placed.  Orders are taking longer through the postal system so please be patient. All orders are sent via Australia Post.  We do not take responsibility for any delays once your order is in the postal system.

International Orders: We love international customers. If you would like to purchase outside of Australia, please contact us at hello@wildivychild.com.au before purchasing to arrange shipping costs.

Can I return my product? We really hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately. 

Our Products: All our products are handmade and each differ slightly. We love our deckle edges, this is not a fault in the process, it's meant to be this way, so the majority of our products will not have smooth cut edges. Some of our handmade paper products such as our recycled Nespresso box Thank you cards are a little more delicate than regular handmade paper, so be gentle with it.  All our products are designed and made here in the Perth Hills at Wild Ivy Child Collective. For any graphics we haven't designed ourselves we purchase licences from other sources and support other artists. 

WholesaleDue to our small batch production, we do not offer wholesale sorry.
